| 1965 Pontiac Parisienne Custom Sport Convertible. Stunning car with new black paint and mostly new interior in white. Quite the tuxedo combination! Built in Oshawa Ontario for the Canadian market exclusively, the Custom Sport was the equivalent of the SS package seen on US make Chevrolet products. This one is equipped with a powered convertible top, front bucket seats with center console, shifter and clock, deluxe gauges with fuel, amp and vacuum gauges, along with power steering and power brakes. The radio has front and rear speakers. The trim package also included striped stainless cladding on the lower 1/8 of the car and rocker panels. Interior styling is very unique and sporty " exactly what Pontiac was going for. Under the hood is the small block 283 backed by a 2-speed Powerglide automatic. Its not what youd call fast, but this is a boulevard cruiser type of car anyway. Dual exhaust at least gives it a bit of attitude. The restoration was well done with lots of attention. The engine bay is clean and detailed, and the black paint on the exterior is excellent. Stacked headlights and a pointed grill give this car classic Pontiac looks and its handsome from every angle! The car runs and drives just like it should. Perfect summer cruiser for some top down fun! The car shows 47,000 miles and is probably accurate, but with only 5 digits, true milage is unknown and cant be proven.
