| The supercharged F Code is the most rare and desirable. In 1957 Dearborn Assembly Plant, Model 205 F Code, 312 cubic inch, V8 Engine fitted with a four barrel carburetor and a McCullock/Paxton Centrifugal supercharger. A special cylinder head was fitted to those engines to keep the compression ratio at 8:5:1 so they could drive on regular pump gas. The F code engine was only available on the Thunderbird as a $340 factory option.
