We purchased this car from a gentleman in Connecticut who owned it for many years. The car was garage-kept throughout its life. It is finished in its original Guards Red over a stunning black interior with factory sport seats. The majority of the paint appears to be factory original, and paint meter readings are available. The interior is in excellent condition, and the exterior presents very well with deep, glossy paint. Mechanically, the car runs and drives great. It is powered by its original 3.0L flat-six mated to its 915 transmission. The car has received the Carrera chain tensioner upgrade. The engine sounds excellent and has plenty of power, while the transmission shifts smoothly through all gears. The clutch and brakes feel strong. The undercarriage is clean and appears free of any oil leaks. The car has never been involved in an accident. The Targa top is in great condition and fits properly. The car sits on staggered Fuchs wheels wrapped in Toyo tires. Included with the sale are the original books, tool kit, spare tire, and jack. It also comes with a clean Carfax report.
