These popular and loveable little roadsters were one of America,s first introduction to the world of European sports cars. With a MSRP of $1,945 base price, a total of 23,488 cars were built between 1949 – 1953 with 6,606 built in 1953. This gorgeous final year example has its original 1250 c.c. 55 H.P. engine that starts easily and runs smoothly connected to the original 4 speed transmission. Recently out of the estate of the previous owner who oversaw the restoration during his 45 years of ownership to the current beautiful presentation you see here. It comes with full documentation of mechanical and body & paint refurbishment including wiring harness, new correct leather, carpet and marble like steering wheel. Also new folding top, side curtains, original owners manual and fitted car cover. All lights and accessories work properly.
