 Click on the image for a larger picture. 1970 DODGE CHALLENGER A Sublime Green Challenger with a story to tell. Rather than being an original restored car, this once celebrity musician owned muscle car was a labor of love and was built and upgraded to it’s current specs by the previous owner. Exterior upgrades include fresh paint, a Black steel T/A hood with hood pins, special mufflers with T/A side exit exhaust and a set of old school Centerline racing wheels wrapped in new B.F. Goodrich T/A radials. Under the hood sits a nice running 340 V8 with an Edelbrock Performer aluminum intake, Edelbrock 4 barrel carburetor, chrome valve covers, power steering, power disc brakes, and backed by a 727 automatic transmission followed by an 8 3/4 inch rear differential. The interior is older but complete with Black vinyl bucket seats, center console with floor shifter, a set of under dash Sun Pro gauges with a knee knocker Tachometer and factory 3 spoke steering wheel. Unfortunately this vehicle had a Salvage title issued due to a previous insurance payout from a tree falling on it. It was far from being ready for the scrap yard so it was kept and brought back. The repairs and paint work that were done are actually nice quality and there are a few more interior cosmetic things to do to make this car a little nicer, but it is half the price of most of these on the market due to these items.
