Notable features include a mermaid-shaped radiator cap, Nash-branded tailgate, wooden running boards, and original style wood slats in the bed. The cab interior maintains wood-framing and features a wooden steering wheel. The door glass has recently been replaced. Driving the truck reveals the it to be smooth running and easy to maneuver, with a comfortable driving position. This includes the original headlamps that come in a box with the truck.
