Cushman Allstate Sears-
Cushman, who started making scooters in 1936, supplied scooters for Sears, who marketed all of their scooters as Allstate. This 1951 red Allstate is a Cushman production restored by Sony Sain and comes from the collection of Dennis Carpenter. This is a running scooter but it does not have a title.
Small Power-
Since it is only 3 HP, it is classified as a Moped and can be registered but not titled in NC. Check with your local DMV for their requirements.
