It has many features, including Aqua hot, marble floors, a washer and dryer, a residential refrigerator, a dishwasher that has never been used, a half bath, a walk-in shower, and a convection oven. I've never smoked in it, and it runs without propane, so you don't have to worry about running out or refilling it. Everything runs off of electric or diesel.
