1964 Cessna 172E with 3,450 total time since new and only 80 hours since major overhaul. The overhaul included six new Millennium cylinders, new Slick mags, mufflers, and starter. Avionics include a GMA 340 audio panel with 4-place intercom, GNS 430 WAAS, GTX 345 transponder (ADS-B in and out), and a Narco 150. IFR pitot/static and transponder certs are good through April 2025. Painted in 2012 and always hangared since. After 35 years in the family, its time for this well-cared-for Skyhawk to find a new home.
