Believed original mileage of 49,068, and has undergone a high-quality restoration, including a repainted olive green exterior and a well-maintained tan interior. Attractive paintwork, chrome details, dual exhaust, wire knockoff wheels with Michelin radials, and convertible top, which is manual but fits tightly. Original features and accessories come with this car, such as a wooden mallet for the knockoff wheels, a brochure, a battery charger, and pedal covers. Technicians noted a slight valve cover oil seepage. The interior is very clean, with natural leather seat wrinkles but no significant damage. The gauges and switches are all operational, and the stereo works as well. The speedometer is slower to react but appears accurate for its age. Blower motor is inop. Very smooth runner with a dual-carburetor setup (Stromberg Zenith) and the inline six-cylinder DOHC engine, a hallmark of this classic Jaguar model. The convertible top is manually operated and is in very nice condition, with a built-in drip rail feature at the doors that helps keep water out when the top is raised. On the road the car's handling, comfortable seating, distinctive sound and overall driving experience is excellent.
