When you think about cool colors, you should think about the Root Beer Metallic base color on this 1957 Chevrolet 3100. It's hard to take your eyes off that amazingly rich aura the color produces, and combined with the short bed body style, sexy front end body curves, classic polished five-spoke wheels, and chrome front and back bumpers, you'll stare with appreciation. A 4-speed automatic 700R4 converts power back to the 10-bolt rear end, where the 4-link suspension and coilovers connect. Up front, you'll find a rack-and-pinion setup with A-arms, coil springs, and shocks. Front power disc brakes and rear power drum brakes handle stopping duties, while the 17-inch Ridler wheels with 255/50ZR17 tires handle traction and, of course, provide a beautiful presentation. For exhaust, Raptor mufflers and side exit tailpipes make for a great sound-exactly what this truck deserves.
