Here you are looking at a gorgeous classic 1968 Pontiac Firebird Convertible. This one checks all the boxes in the "cool" section. A beautiful blue exterior paint job, a white convertible canvas top with a glass rear window, and OEM rims with PMD (Pontiac Motor Division) center caps. Both the front bumper and grille are in good shape and go perfectly with the mean stock look of the Ram Air hood scoops and the much-desired hood tachometer. The rest of the exterior follows suit with correct trim and badges in the right places, and the exhaust pipes sticking out perfectly just under the solid bumper and recognizable Firebird taillights.
The interior is done up mostly in black, with chrome trim and some glossy brown center console and dashboard inlays. Bucket seats and door panels are wrapped in black vinyl, the carpets look fitted well, and so does the convertible cover for when the top is down. The door jambs and sills are clean, as is the trunk and under the decklid. On the dashboard, you're welcomed with stock-appearing gauges, and for your RPMs, you can easily see them on the outside-mounted hood tach. Off to your left is a stock-appearing radio that has been upgraded with AM/FM/Aux and Bluetooth technology.
Under the hood, there is a very clean and organized engine bay, with plenty of chrome and black to make it car show"worthy. The 350 cubic-inch engine is strong and fitted with a Holley Sniper Electronic Fuel Injection system, set atop an Edelbrock Performer Pontiac intake. The drivetrain includes a TH350 3-speed automatic transmission and a 10-bolt solid rear axle connected to a leaf spring suspension. The front suspension is independent with control arms and coil springs. This Firebird rides on 15-inch Pontiac Rally wheels, stops well with four-wheel disc brakes, and travels comfortably on BFG Radial T/A tires-225/60R15 in the front and 245/60R15 in the rear. And for that classic muscle car sound, dual exhaust and Flowmasters do the trick.
