This is one stunning 1968 Pontiac Firebird. From the Solar Red paint and near-flawless black vinyl top to the bright chrome bumpers and shiny wheels and tires, it simply doesn't get much better than this. An aluminum radiator with electric fans and a serpentine belt system supports a 383 Crate Blueprint Engines topped with a 4-barrel Holley carburetor and Firebird air cleaner housing. Aluminum heads and Pontiac valve covers finish off the look. Power is transmitted through an FTI Level 3 700R4 automatic transmission to a 10-bolt rear axle with a 3.55 gear ratio.
The Firebird retains a factory-style suspension front and rear. Custom 17-inch PMD wheels are wrapped in BF Goodrich G-Force tires, while Wilwood components handle braking duties. Stock-style Hooker manifolds feed a 2.5-inch dual exhaust with MagnaFlow mufflers, giving this car the muscle car sound it deserves.
