Restored by Memory Cycles in Toledo, OH. Correct 138cc single cylinder. This one was purpose-built by Whizzer and is not someone else's bicycle with a motor attached. Great colors, nice details, and works properly. Includes original-style exhaust pipe and muffler to replace flex-tube style currently on the bike.
