The CM91 was built in only one year (1966), and sold for only three years (1966-69). It stands alone in style among the other Honda Cub models.

- Completely disassembled, cleaned/polished, inspected, repaired, and re-assembled last year
- Engine: new timing chain, new gaskets and seals, fully cleaned and adjusted. Painted. Runs very well.
- Rebuilt carburetor (from a C90K1).
- New points and condenser.
- Upgraded charging system with new regulator/rectifier.
- New AGM battery.
- NOS wiring harness.
- LED lights (headlight, tail light, speedometer, and neutral indicator.
- Rebuilt hubs with new bearings and brakes. Hubs painted.
- New hand-built wheels.
- New Shinko Bad Boy tires.
- Speedometer/Odometer repaired.
- Original exhaust repaired and painted.
- New seat cover and foam.
- Fuel tank cleaned.
- Body professionally painted with Honda R94 (San Marino red).
