The 1937 Ford is highly popular because it blends a revolutionary, streamlined all steel design with enough room for a powerful Ford V8 Engine, making it a cornerstone of hot rodding and custom car culture. It is beloved for its "teardrop" headlights integrated into the fenders, a significant shift toward modern styling.
This 1937 Ford is still an ALL STEEL 2-Door "Humpback" Sedan. Reborn as a custom street-rod, but still has some of it's original styling features. Painted in a bright red with polished chrome from front to back, this '37 truly stands out. Fitted with the popular 15in American Racing Torq Thrust wheels w/ Radial AllSeason tires, this '37 is ready to cruise!
Under the Hood is a 289ci V8 from a Early Model Mustang. Equipped with a Holley Street 4bbl Carburetor & an Aluminum Holley Contender Intake Manifold, with Polished Ceramic Coated Shortie Headers, this little V8 has a great Sound from the Dual Exhaust System. The Transmission is a C4 Automatic that shifts smooth and updated with a Powered Rack-n-Pinion Mustang II Subframe & Front Powered Disc Brakes.
This Interior is a mix of classic styling with a few modern upgrades to make the ride a little more comfortable. The Original Steel Dash features it's Original Art-Deco Gauges (Speedometer is missing the Needle), but is also fitted with an ice-cold air conditioning unit. Lokar shifter on the floor with new black carpeting & comfortable beige seating.
