This classic Honda touring machine is powered by a strong, responsive and always reliable 1800cc fuel-injected flat-six engine that drives its rear wheel via a quiet, maintenance-free shaft drive system. It has a twin-spar frame constructed of a lightweight aluminum that was designed to ensure a light and easy balance of handling. With its spacious cockpit, superb weather protection, excellent handling and powerful engine, the 2010 GL1800 really has no rivals. By 2010 the Gold Wing had it all—a superb sound system, cruise control, heated grips, heated seat, adjustable windscreen, cockpit-adjustable headlight, rear-suspension preload and an outstanding build quality. This particular example was converted to a trike in 2012 by California Sidecars with their Cobra kit which boasts an adjustable independent rear suspension. The trees were raked 3 degrees making it easier to handle and turn and a billet front wheel was added to compliment the chrome rear wheels. It is loaded with options such as the security mounted Garmin Zumo navigation, a Saddlemen Road Sofa seat with driver backrest, highway pegs, passenger armrests with a cup holder, passenger floor boards with built in highway pegs, an integrated MP3 player, a luggage rack, a tour pack lid organizer, adjustable wind deflectors, an intercom system, a CB and tons of extra chrome. It has always been serviced regularly but has not been serviced for the last 2 years as it has been ridden less than 200 miles in that time. It is a 3-owner trike, everything works as it should and it has just 33,969 miles. There was some damage to the paint that the current tried fixing himself and made worse.
