Early Plymouth coupes have long made a distinctive alternative to the more familiar Ford-based hot rods, and this 1934 Plymouth 5-Window Coupe has the right combination of vintage shape and V8 attitude. Its original steel body is finished in Cinnamon Pearl with contrasting black fenders, a black vinyl roof panel, and custom pinstriping that follows the coupe's sweeping prewar lines.
Under the hood is a 331 Hemi V8 fitted with Holley Sniper EFI, bringing electronic fuel injection to one of Chrysler's most recognizable early V8 designs. Sanderson headers feed the exhaust, while a Turbo 350 automatic transmission sends power to a GM 10-bolt rear end. This classic hot rod combination features a modern approach to fuel delivery.
Inside, custom black and maroon vinyl bucket seats carry the exterior color theme into the cabin. Vintage Air air conditioning, power windows, and a digital Custom Autosound AM/FM/Bluetooth head unit add comfort without taking away from the car's traditional personality.
Staggered chrome artillery-style wheels measure 16 inches up front and 17 inches at the rear, giving this Plymouth hot rod a period-inspired look with a more purposeful stance.
For anyone searching for a '34 Plymouth coupe for sale, this car offers something less commonly seen at a cruise night. With its original steel body, early Hemi power, fuel injection, and rich Cinnamon Pearl finish, this 1934 Plymouth coupe hot rod makes a memorable case for looking beyond the usual choices when shopping for a '34 Plymouth coupe.
