1955 CHEVROLET BEL-AIR HOT-ROD
We just got in this very nice and very cool 1955 Chevy 210 Bel Air that was purchased indirectly out of an estate sale so there is not a whole lot of specific information on its build and internals however after a careful and complete inspection in our shop our conclusion is that the car looks to have been recently restored, rebuilt and updated with a good mix of an old school look but using some modern upgrades and mechanical conveniences all of which makes this car the perfect cruiser! CHECK IT OUT!!
The body is straight, solid and clean including the floors trunk and frame and the 2-tone Metallic Black over Silver base clear paint is slick and smooth. We just compounded and polished it to a deep luster and show car shine! It also has like new chrome, trim weather stripping and glass too.
The Diamond Tucked Crush Velour bench seat interior looks to have been custom made including the seats, door panels, carpets and headliner. It was very tastefully done and has an awesome Old School look!! It is all VERY-VERY NICE!!
Power comes from a strong running, good sounding 327 c.i. small block engine that appears to have been recently rebuilt. It has double hump heads and a healthy sounding cam as well as an aluminum intake manifold that's topped off with a Holley Sniper Fuel Injection system and HEI ignition system. It also has headers with a custom exhaust system using FlowMaster mufflers. It is backed up by a Muncie 4-Speed transmission with Hurst shifter and the original rear differential with what appears to be street friendly gears.
Other features include a chrome IDIDIT Tilt Steering Column, 605 Power Steering, Power Disc Brakes (front only) updated Electric Wipers, CD Stereo with Blue-Tooth capability, staggered 18 front and 20 rear polished American Racing Torq-Thrust II Wheels with Low-profile High-performance tires, functional aftermarket Tach and Gauges and so much more!!
This is a very nice and extremely well done 55 Bel Air that has a killer Old School Hot Rod look that runs, rides and drives every bit as nice as it looks! DON'T MISS IT !!
