The 1970 Dodge Challenger roars with a legacy of muscle car excellence, capturing the essence of Mopar's golden era. This tribute car skillfully mimics the powerful 440 R/T model, built on a solid 318 SE foundation. It sports the classic Alpine White paint accented by bold black vinyl hood graphics and iconic R/T badging. With its aggressive stance and muscular profile, this Challenger commands attention and delivers a visceral driving experience that every muscle car enthusiast craves.
Step inside the cabin, where vintage style meets driver-focused design. The black vinyl bucket seats provide firm support, while the clean carpet and well-preserved dash with clear gauges evoke a nostalgic vibe. The floor shifter and classic steering wheel add a tactile connection to the road, complemented by the original Challenger dash emblem and maintained glass seals that keep the interior feeling solid and authentic.
Under the hood lies a robust 440 V8 engine, paired with a single 4-barrel Holley carburetor that breathes power through long tube Hedman headers and Flowmaster mufflers, creating an unmistakable rumble. The 3-speed automatic Torqueflite transmission shifts smoothly, delivering torque to the rear wheels with confidence. Power steering and power drum brakes ensure controlled handling, while the suspension remains true to factory specifications, offering that classic muscle car feel with every turn.
