This 1980 Chevrolet C10 Silverado combines the classic squarebody shortbed body with a more modern drivetrain and chassis setup. The truck is built on a 2000 Chevrolet chassis and is finished in Cream with chrome bumpers and trim, a brushed-finish tailgate panel, and aftermarket five-spoke wheels. The Black interior has been updated with a custom bench seat, Dolphin gauges, air conditioning, and a Bluetooth retro-style stereo with a full sound system.
The 5.3L Vortec V8 is paired with a 4L60 automatic transmission and OBD2 engine management. No mechanical or electrical issues are currently noted. Under normal driving, the truck operates as intended. Under harder acceleration, the current setup could benefit from additional tuning to further dial in throttle response.
