1959 Porsche 356A This 1959 Porsche 356A Convertible D is a highly desirable restoration project representing one of Porsche's distinctive early open-top sports car configurations. One of approximately 1,330 Convertible D examples produced, this vehicle retains its original character and has an ownership history extending more than 30 years with a previous long-term owner. The Porsche was parked during the 1990s and has remained off the road for an extended period, but its engine was brought back to running condition following a simple tune-up as of October 1. The body is described as straight, with a structurally sound chassis, and the vehicle is an excellent candidate for a comprehensive mechanical and cosmetic restoration. Its original color is Ivory according to the Convertible D Registry. Included with the sale are a new boxed canvas convertible top, brake parts, rearview mirror, and replacement driver's-side door glass. The existing driver's-side glass is broken. The car requires trailer transportation and comes with a clean title. Detailed photos and videos are available, and assistance with worldwide shipping logistics can be arranged.
