Here we have a 1968 Dodge Charger factory big block, 4bbl, 4-speed car. This rare beauty is one of only 259 built in 1968, and it’s a documented matching number car all the way. It comes with its build sheet and its original fender tag, although the fender tag is in poor condition.
This Charger was ordered loaded with power disc brakes, power steering, factory a/c, 4-speed, 3:23 sure grip, and a heavy duty cooling option. The car was in very good original condition when the restoration started. It also has received new floor and trunk pans and a passenger side quarter.
All other sheet metal and moldings are in excellent condition. The engine and transmission have been completely rebuilt: the engine received many performance upgrades, including camshaft, head porting, fully balanced assembly, and forged pistons.
This car is in the final stages of its restoration. We want there to be a final assembly of the electrical system, installation of the interior, and driver testing before we sell it.
