Ford restyled its entire line for 1964 bringing a visual identity to every variant from the big Galaxie 500 to the compact Falcon. An unusual variety of engines were available. The engine of choice for most was the 352 cubic inch 4-barrel with 250 brake horsepower at 4,400 rpm as installed in this very original and well preserved 1964 Ford Galaxie 500 Convertible. The interior is original with new carpets and is in nearly like new condition. The paint is mostly original and in very nice condition. The body and chrome are straight. It is equipped with the correct chrome wire wheels and even has the right hoses in the detailed engine bay. The dashboard looks nearly showroom fresh. Equipment includes a clock, radio, power-operated top, Ford-o-Matic automatic transmission and narrow whitewall tires. This is very attractive, sympathetically preserved and thoughtfully maintained largely original Ford with the premium Galaxie 500 trim package. It has great presence and will be a very enjoyable and satisfying cruiser. It is a neat and well-preserved car that will get plenty of admiring comments
