Description:
This 1984 Jeep Grand Wagoneer is powered by a 360ci V8 linked with a three-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case, and it is finished in burgundy with faux-woodgrain trim over tan upholstery. Features include 15 alloy wheels, a receiver hitch, a power-retractable rear window, a roof rack, power-adjustable front seats, a digital clock, and a cassette stereo. Work in preparation for the sale included installing an electric choke, performing repairs to the transfer case, vacuum lines, electrical wiring, and distributor, and replacing braking components as well as the rear transfer case seal and valve cover gaskets.
Interior:
The seats are trimmed in tan upholstery, and features include power-adjustable front seats, a folding center armrest, a digital clock, and a cassette stereo. The air conditioning does not work. The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel is mounted to a tilting column and frames a 100-mph speedometer and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage. The six-digit odometer shows 139k miles. The steering column was repaired under current ownership.
Exterior:
The truck has been repainted burgundy with faux-woodgrain trim and features an electric rear window, a receiver hitch, and a bright-finished roof rack, bumpers, mirror caps, and trim.
Drivetrain:
The carbureted 360ci V8 was factory rated at 140 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. Repairs were performed to the vacuum lines, electrical wiring, and distributor, the oil pressure sending unit and valve cover gaskets were replaced, and an electric choke was installed in preparation for the sale. The 15 alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin tires. Braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums. The rear wheel cylinders, front brake hoses, and rear brake shoes and drums were replaced in preparation for the sale.
