RESTORED SAMBA! 23 WINDOWS CAMPER CONVERTIBLE. Just finished a stunning restoration with amazing color combination! It is a real show stopper and it is decked out with all the goodies.- 23 windows, convertible roof, diamond stitched faux leather interior, fold out windshields, table, fold down bed, ice box, sink and lots of storage cabinets. This is a Brazilian made VW, it is the same as the original German made 23 window bus. I've seen these sell up to 3 times higher than what we are asking. This will get just as many looks and smiles!
EXTERIOR: This Samba is decked out. It has the famous 23 windows, two luggage racks, a sliding convertible roof with a wind deflector. Many of the windows pop open including the two front safari windshields. It has been completely restored. The body has big flat panels and they are straight, no signs of rust or damage. The paint is smooth and glossy with a deep shine. The two tones are broken up with a polished aluminum band which also enhances the V design in front. The bumpers are painted smooth and glossy. All the glass is real clear and appears to be original. All the gaskets around them has been replaced. The convertible roof is new and functions easily. Mirrors, handles, taillights and the chrome VW in front all look great. It rides on new radial tires.
INTERIOR: It is brand new inside this camper bus. The entire inside was gutted, prepped and painted white. Up front the seats have new cushions and are upholstered in a real nice diamond stitched faux leather. The door panels are done to match. It has an auxiliary fan, cup holder basket and a tray below the dash. Overhead has the fresh air ventilation system with an LED interior light. New visors. The front seat flips up and there's a storage compartment and spare tire.. Down on the floor it has new carpet with bound edges. It has matching seat belts. In the camper section it has high quality, professionally built custom laminate cabinets. The panels are finished on all sides and have premium hinges. There is lots of storage. There's 2 tables that fold out. The kitchen area has a sink and a refrigerator. The bench seat folds flat and makes a bed. It has new laminate flooring. It also has nice looking curtains at each window. The upholstery and cushions are all new. I am impressed with the quality, this was done by a professional cabinet maker.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: The 4 cylinder motor was rebuilt. It fires right up and runs great. The alternator, carburetor, distributor look new. The engine bay is all solid metal and HIGHLY DETAILED. There is a new battery and cables.here is a new battery and cables.
