They produced 235 horsepower from a fuel injected 5.0-liter V8 mated to a Borg Warner T-5, 5-speed manual transmission. Power was then sent through a stronger driveshaft yoke to an 8.8 posi-traction rear end with 3.08:1 gears. They also received 4-wheel power disc brakes which bring this pony to a stop in a hurry!
