The third generation of Broncos strike the nostalgia factor among many who grew up in the 80s and are growing more popular in the classics market. Looking at this beast, it's easy to see why. The time-honored two-tone blue exterior and boxy lines embody the classic SUV aesthetic of the era. Inside you're greeted with a blue interior, comfortable beige cloth seats and the distinctive faux-wood grain trim of the deluxe Lariat package. Two features from the Lariat package, factory A/C and cruise control have been deleted. A push button on the dash engages the starter. A favorite option of the time, the fiberglass hard top is removable for an open-air cruise in beautiful weather. The glass on the rear tailgate functions well with it's up and down switch on the dash.
Under the hood this Bronco features a 351W V8 and turns power through an automatic transmission. It's jacked up with Skyjacker hardware featuring Nitro 8000 gas-charged shocks, riding high above 35" Cooper Discoverer tires and 15" Eagle alloy wheels. Recent work done on this machine includes new spark plugs and wires, new power steering box, pump and lines, and new drive & accessory belts. This Bronco is in great driver condition and is a prime example of the growing interest in classic 80s SUVs.
