Repainted after the restoration approximately 10 years ago. Within the last year, the seat was refurbished with new foam and new vinyl upholstery. At the same time, the original steering wheel was removed and replaced with a new smaller wheel that still appears stock-looking (the original comes with the car). With that simple modification, someone 6 feet tall can easily slide in and out of the driver's seat and sit comfortably while driving. Under the hood, you'll find a powerful 312 V8 engine paired with a 2spd. automatic transmission, delivering a smooth and responsive driving experience that's characteristic of this legendary vehicle. While the body and paint are really very nice throughout the car there is a small area on the lower portion of the passenger side door that has a few bubbles in the paint. They are hard to see standing in normal light. We made sure to show them in one of the listed photos. They could easily be repaired by someone handy with a paint gun.
